Tuscan Beans & Rice

Ingredients
1 can Cannellini Beans
1 large tomato, diced
2/3 cup white rice
Fresh parsley
Gourmet Garden basil or Fresh basil
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
1. Cook rice
2. Add warm rice to all other ingredients
3. Serve  (easy, huh?)
